Hansard was established in 1992 to provide Guernsey offshore services, in particular specialising in the formation of companies and trusts together with their ongoing administration. This includes the preparation of financial statements, the provision of secretarial services and legal compliance.
Hansard Limited holds a full fiduciary licence issued by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to act as a fiduciary and corporate services provider. Hansard clients receive professional assistance tailored to their personal and corporate requirements.
Independence enables Hansard Guernsey to engage service providers in all jurisdictions, including bankers, investment managers and other professional firms, based entirely on performance and value to the client or upon client wishes. The Board of Directors has a wealth of experience drawn from the legal and accountancy professions, banking and commerce.
