Hansard Guernsey are now fortunate to have an in-house tax specialist who has been involved with the employment solutions field for many years.
 Consultancy Companies
Key staff and, in particular, expatriates working abroad and providing services in more than one fiscal jurisdiction can, with planning, mitigate their employment related tax charges by the use of an offshore consultancy company. The company supplies the services of that person by way of contract for technical and administrative consultancy and associated services. Fees thereby rendered can incorporate salary, bonuses, pension contributions and other incentives in a tax efficient manner. The employee will have a similar contract with the consultancy company in order to draw-down income as necessary.
Image Rights
We work closely with tax advisors who can establish employment structures specifically suited to particular fiscal circumstances, for example image rights and other intellectual property.
