For formal company meetings Hansard has a large board room available in Guernsey with conferencing facilities. Due to our expertise in the provision of secretarial services, Hansard personnel frequently attend board and shareholder meetings of large international trading groups and investment funds to ensure that correct procedures are adhered to and a proper record of the meeting is taken.
